WhatsApp Sandbox Agent's Guide

After configuring the API key, you can test the two-way communication between QuickMeet.Chat and WhatsApp following these steps:

• You must enable the Omnichannel feature with agents and managers assigned to receive and send Omnichannel messages.

• You cannot share media files within the Sandbox environment. here

1. Send a message to the sandbox number from your linked phone number.

2. The message is delivered to your QuickMeet.Chat workspace and is placed in the queue or assigned to an agent based on the defined routing algorithm.

3. Agents can reply to messages in your QuickMeet.Chat workspace, and you will receive the response on WhatsApp.

You can use the QuickMeet.Chat API to send template messages to contacts from your workspace. Kindly refer to the WhatsApp Template Messages developer's guide for more details.
