Create different types of rooms from QuickMeet.Chat mobile app.

Create channels and teams

To create a Channel or Team on QuickMeet.Chat mobile app, follow these steps:

1. Click Create New icon on the navigation menu.

2. Click Channel or Team.

3. Search and select the users you want to add to the room. You can also skip this step and add the members later.

4. Provide a name and choose if the room is public or private.

5. Update your preferred privacy and encryption settings for the channel.

6. Click Create channel or Create team.

Discussion

To create a Discussion on QuickMeet.Chat mobile app, follow these steps:

1. ClickCreate New icon on the navigation menu.

2. Select the name of the parent channel or group of the discussion.

3. Enter the name of the discussion.

4. Search and select the users you want to add to the discussion.

5. Click Create.

Direct Message

To create a Direct Message on QuickMeet.Chat mobile app, follow these steps:

1. ClickCreate New icon on the navigation menu.

2. Click Direct Message.

3. Search and select the users you want to start a DM with.

4. Click Create.
